Who we are
touchyourfuture.co.za is run by Sensation Global Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("we"), the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). The Touch The Future Walk is presented with African Global Skills Academy.

What we collect, and why
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and organisation, plus your message. We use these only to answer you and to follow up on what you asked about (for example a partnership or a group booking).
- Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeat messages; we cannot turn it back into your IP address.
- Link source. If you arrived through a tracked link (for example
?src=instagram), your browser remembers that label for 60 days and sends it with your enquiry, so we know which channels work. It identifies the link, not you.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Tickets
Tickets are sold by Quicket. When you buy a ticket, Quicket collects your details and payment under its own privacy policy, and shares attendee details with us so we can run the event safely.
Who sees it
Enquiries are emailed to the walk team at African Global Skills Academy and stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Emails are delivered by Resend. These service providers process the information only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after the walk, then delete them, unless you have become a partner or supplier and we need the record for that relationship.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@africanglobalacademy.co.za. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
